Team Manager/Head Timekeeper

Karen has been part of the team since the beginning in 1984.

Richard Bateman

Team owner/Driver

Richard is a practising orthodontist based in London and Kent. He is a keen racing driver with four very different cars, one is permanently based in the USA. He is also a private helicopter pilot and aircraft owner.

Roger (Hottie) Barton

Driver

Enduro King and Elan specialist Hottie is famous worldwide for his birthdays.

Fixxy Dave: one of our longstanding crew. Created the lovely blue look on the Elan. Now in Australia.

Nick Atkins and Heather (Now Mrs Atkins) in the ‘old’ Paul Ricard pitlane.

We shared his Alfa Romeo and our Cortina in any number of FIA Races. Nick also introduced Batman to Group C racing.
